Terms and Conditions – Mobile Foot Health Practitioner Services
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of foot health services by TLC Footcare Tracy Clothier to clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. - Services Provided
The Practitioner offers routine foot care treatments, which may include nail cutting, callus reduction, corn care, and general foot health advice. Services do not replace medical or podiatric treatment. - Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. - Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due immediately following the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be specified by the Practitioner. - Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. - Hygiene and Safety
The Practitioner adheres to strict hygiene and infection control standards. All equipment is cleaned and sterilised according to industry guidelines. - Home Visit Requirements
As services are provided in the Client’s home, the Client must ensure a safe, clean, and suitable working environment, including adequate lighting, space, and access. - Limitations of Service
The Practitioner is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose medical conditions. Clients with complex or serious foot health issues may be referred to a GP or registered podiatrist. - Liability
While all care is taken to provide safe and effective treatment, the Practitioner shall not be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice. - Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. - Complaints
Any concerns or complaints should be raised as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly and professionally. - Amendments
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
